No, no gym is necessary, and exercising vigorously is optional. If you want to train, all my Fit Dad Diet challenge & programs incorporate a gym, home gym equipment, or bodyweight exercises with no equipment at all needed.

HOW IS THE PROGRAM DELIVERED TO ME?


Everything you will need is in the palm of your hands or at your fingertips via my coaching app. You can access the program and coaching materials via a tablet, or by PC as well!
